I prefer to surround myself with specialists and managers who are better than I am in their field of expertise. I focus on continuous learning and listening. I coach, train and develop talents and talented teams to generate results and achieve greatness.
For me, coaching is the most interesting experience in my personal development. I learned about active listening, observing, supporting, challenging and accompanying individuals and teams in their ways to achieve goals. I learned about trust that the person/team working with me has all the skills and abilities and I, as coach I am in that place with that person or team to mirror, to support, to zoom in or out and to understand what both of us need to work on regarding our personal developments.
In this team of coach, “Performant Company” what I like the most is that we are coaching by personal experience, we do both individual and team coaching together, we do mentoring together to be able to support individuals and teams and to present encountered facts and not bare theories.
