I am a skilled Senior Sales Manager with 15+ years in managing business challenges, with a proven performance of growing business and teams.
I have had the chance to manage one of the best teams in Romanian banking industry. We developed and implemented the 1st niche strategy in the Romanian banking sector focused on corporate business clients from medical and other professionals segments (e.g. legal, accountancy, etc). We had also the first digital approach in banking, increasing sales over the Internet, enhancing business customers’ online experience.
I am leading by objectives and performance-based indicators, delivering results as a leader using a strategic approach, as well as interpersonal skills at every level.
I use my coaching skills to be my client’s partner in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
After my personal experience of positive and transformational change of coaching (in 2010), I decided to work with my sales team and my colleagues from other departments and I started a coaching program in the company I have worked. This experience helped me to be aware of the impact of coaching in business and I decided to “widen my horizon” and to start a company in coaching services.

● I have been coaching sales teams to have common objectives, to identify strengths and unique abilities and to become effective and performing teams.
● I have been coaching specialists in sales, marketing and operations to set high goals and to achieve them. Most of my clients wanted to take their career to the next level and, after the coaching program they obtained managerial jobs in their area.
One of the things I’m most proud of is my coaching humanitarian work with teenagers (from the orphanage) to find and to achieve their potential.
